Very tasty and not difficult.

Delicious! Added peppercorn flakes and onions and it was great.

Added more cheese. Also used turkey bacon instead so I needed to add some olive oil to keep from sticking...kinda defeated the purpose of using turkey instead of the real thing! Definitely a repeat maybe add more veggies next time but Was still so fulfilling!
Amazing!!! Seasoned the potatoes and the bacon before making them but everything was perfect. just what i needed.

Delicious and easy to make. I added a few extra ingredients like purple onion and chives (I like onions), and some extra spices like chillies and roasted garlic and pepper.

Simple and delicious, left out parsley and added mushrooms and thyme.
Turned out great I did scrambled eggs instead and added some onion powder next time I'm going to just add actual onions

It turned out suuuper good! Didn’t have peppers, had to use just onions, works just as great!
I scrambled the eggs, because my crew likes that better. Eggs & bacon are always a hit, potatoes and peppers are a nice bonus!

I actually substituted filet mignon for the bacon ( we were going out of town and we had to use it!) I also added jalapeño, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Great quick breakfast with a kick

Very simple to make and very filling! My wife really enjoyed it. The only change I made was using turkey bacon instead of regular bacon. I had to use 1 tablespoon of olive oil to help brown the bacon and it still came with my wife's stamp of approval

The recipe worked really well for me! As a college student I scrambled the eggs so I keep the rest in the fridge for the week. Great meal and great for meal prep!

This was fantastic and quick to make in the morning. I used an orange pepper as that's what was in the fridge. Very easy for beginners cooking eggs, I don't have much practice cooking eggs and the hubby was very impressed. I used half the amount of bacon and it was lots, also my eggs needed an extra minute of cooking.
Eric W. 26 Aug 2017
delicious, i used a bit of garilic for flavor
Benjamin 20 Aug 2017
I'll definitely make this again- but add more veggies.
Sarah Strotz 7 Aug 2017
Great!!! ❤️ I didn't use green peppers because my husband doesn't like them.
