It was amazing!!!! Put under broiler, as my fam doesn’t do runny eggs

Absolutely delicious, the green paper would have been better to add at the end.

Made this for Fathers Day Breakfast. It was a hit. I used chives, garlic and a hint of Adobe seasoning to give it something a little extra and served avocados on the side. Thank you for sharing!!!

Super good but I recommend to premake potatoes before putting them to the skillet! I made guacamole with this and it was a really good mix.

Outstanding! I absolutely loved it and so did my family. I added spinach, green onions, and tomato just to add some tang. I used sausage instead of bacon, though. Either way, it tasted delicous!

Pretty good I’d just wish the potatoes came out smoother. But other than that everything came out good.😋

Really good.....I added chopped jalapeño’s that I sautéed in butter and roasted garlic. I also used white sharp cheddar. Yum!

Turned out well. The potatoes and bacon were very good! I think next time, I will scramble the eggs instead of making them over-easy.

Amazing breakfast! Definitely use twice the potatoes it asks for.

This tasted like a southwestern omelette. I used half the amount of bacon and doubled the potatoes otherwise there would’ve been way too much bacon and not enough potatoes.

Great! Added sausage and picante sauce. This is definitely going into the rotation of breakfast meals to eat

It’s about as good as eggs, bacon, potatoes and cheese usually are. This feels less like a recipe and more like your college friend describing how they took everything out of the fridge and dumped it into a pan. Largely it just tasted like mouthfuls of bacon, which is delicious don’t get me wrong, but you don’t need a recipe to make mouthfuls of bacon.

We added more bacon, potatoes and cheese than the recipe called for but this breakfast skillet was so good. It was also approved by my picky toddler.

It turned out great, I’m very young and this was my first big meal that I’ve cooked. I will definitely cook it again. I suggest swapping the bell pepper for mushrooms.

Turned out great. Used Adobo seasoning and a cheese blend. I cooked the bacon in a separate skillet and used the bacon grease to do the potatoes and peppers. Tip: cut the potato pieces small so they don’t take forever to cook!

I changed it a bit and it was delicious. Changes; breakfast sausage instead of bacon sliced potatoes that were steamed instead of fried scrambled eggs instead of over easy style eggs

Prepping and cooking went very smoothly. I wish the eggs weren’t so tight together when I put them in the skillet, though that was my own fault. Overall, the dish was quite delicious. I love having a mixture of bacon, eggs, and veggies for having a well balanced breakfast.
