My girlfriend loved it we ate it with corn tortilla because we felt like it was too much meat at once since I added sausage but that’s our preference. Overall very good!!

Allow for more than 10 minutes for potatoes to cook. I used thyme instead of parsley. Was great and easy to do! I threw in some onion and garlic as well

Added more cheese. Also used turkey bacon instead so I needed to add some olive oil to keep from sticking...kinda defeated the purpose of using turkey instead of the real thing! Definitely a repeat maybe add more veggies next time but Was still so fulfilling!

Delicious and easy to make. I added a few extra ingredients like purple onion and chives (I like onions), and some extra spices like chillies and roasted garlic and pepper.

I actually substituted filet mignon for the bacon ( we were going out of town and we had to use it!) I also added jalapeño, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Great quick breakfast with a kick

Very simple to make and very filling! My wife really enjoyed it. The only change I made was using turkey bacon instead of regular bacon. I had to use 1 tablespoon of olive oil to help brown the bacon and it still came with my wife's stamp of approval

The recipe worked really well for me! As a college student I scrambled the eggs so I keep the rest in the fridge for the week. Great meal and great for meal prep!
