I followed the recipe fully and was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. I will definitely be making these again and eating once again even sooner as I made 3 and had sufficient remaining to make more pancakes tomorrow

Made with quark and gluten free flour, added some blueberries, fried in coconut oil and cut some banana & strawberries on top to serve. It was delicious! Turn heat down and cook for 3 mins on each side. I’ve tried about 5 different “healthy” recipes and none looked or tasted as these they were the real deal pancakes! Even my kidos ❤️
Moist and delicious! Theae remind me of street fair food. They aren't as cake-y as regular pancakes, but the bits of melted cottage cheese make up for that completely. Next time, I'm going to try using large curd cheese.

Amazing, fluffy and light and delicious. I added some cinnamon too. Cook on quite low heat, as they need more time to be fully cooked inside.

So delicious. You can eat them plain, you don’t even need syrup. Definitely will make them again

These pancakes were fluffy and had the perfect sweetness with a bit of maple syrup or peanut butter. My only concern was that they were browning very quickly but we're not fully cooked inside so I lowered the heat to medium low and made them the tablespoon size but spread the batter so it was a bit thinner. One of the healthiest pancake recipes that I have found so far that actually turned out good!

deliciouse! origionally i was kinda iffy about the tast, but with every bite i grew to like it a bit more. personally (because we were out of honey) i used one table spoon of maple syrup instead and that seemed to do the trick. definitely doing this one again!

Tried to make waffles because I don't care for pancakes. They stick to the waffle iron. My iron doesn't have temperature settings or controls. I made the tbsp size pancakes. Yummy!!! I used coconut flour as the flour, egg whites instead of eggs, and added 3 tbsp whole wheat flour. I will add 1/2 almond extract and 1/2 vanilla extract the next time. I used agave as the sweetener. They smell and taste so good. Since I'm on a weight loss plan, I only used a few drops of maple syrup. Next time I'll use some blended fruit as a syrup. They really don't need syrup. I can have a bread texture without the high carbs with the benefit of protein. Thanks!!!

These were one of the best pancakes I ever ate! So light but still giving you a full feeling afterwards. I made some of them with blueberries in the dough mixture, those were a delight! Thank you so much for this recipe! :D

They were absolutely delicious, very light and not doughy at all, but filled with protein! I usually eat cottage cheese with cinnamon so I added a teaspoon to the batter, and it tasted kind of like a cinnamon role. Either way they were amazing and the family loved them! Great recipe! ❤️ Definitely making them again!
