Awesome I had to cook them a little longer and I served them with vanilla yogurt and fresh strawberries Abd blueberries on top I will definitely make these again

Needed a while to cook. Added syrup, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg to batter. No stevia.

Taste was yummy, but these were very flat pancakes. I would maybe make again, but definitely requires a few tweaks.

Made it, and let's just say... wow. I added a teaspoon of syrup instead of stevia and added nuts and bananas at the end (pulsed in the blender two or three times). Didn't need any syrup or butter or anything on top, they didn't need it. My only complaint about the recipe is that it says it makes 6 servings - it probably makes closer to 3. No one is going to be happy with just one pancake, got to have two (or three if you're really hungry). Honestly these are so good I could eat all of them myself.

We love this! A great change moving away from flour based. a new favourite in our house. Kept recipe as it is, might try some cinnamon next time, just for a bit of extra zing.
