  • 1 whole wheat pizza dough (ready made)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 5 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese (Umpqua Dairy)
  • 1 tomato (medium, thinly sliced, remove excess moisture with paper towel)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Lightly coast fingertips with olive oil, press and stretch dough evenly on pizza pan/stone until about 10-12 inches in diameter.
    3. In saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil, add garlic and cook until golden. Brush garlic mixture over dough.
