Naturally delicious! Try this new take on a Margarita Pizza using Umpqua Dairy Natural Lowfat Cottage Cheese.

- 1 whole wheat pizza dough (ready made)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 5 oz. part-skim mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (fresh)
- 1 tsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 3/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese (Umpqua Dairy)
- 1 tomato (medium, thinly sliced, remove excess moisture with paper towel)
- fresh basil leaves
- fresh spinach leaves

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly coast fingertips with olive oil, press and stretch dough evenly on pizza pan/stone until about 10-12 inches in diameter.
- In saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil, add garlic and cook until golden. Brush garlic mixture over dough.
