Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour (cornmeal)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/8 cup butter (melted and cooled)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons orange rind
  • cooking spray

Directions
