  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (fresh)
  • 12 ounces cole slaw mix (bag store-bought, shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • spicy deli mustard (I love Guilden's)
  • 1 cup onions (caramelized)
