  • 1 sweet potato (medium, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash Sriracha (or other hot sauce)
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg (freshly)
