- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained

This has become one of my favorite sides for a quick weeknight meal Since my husband prefers cream style corn and I prefer whole kern, this is a wonderful compromise!

Made this for a holiday party and everyone loved it. I used an 8x8 pan which I don’t recommend. I would use a bigger pan, it took about 65 minutes to cook. Very easy!
