It's important that you follow the order of the ingredients as they are listed in the recipe when adding them to the bread machine, so be mindful of that as you go. Once the dough has finished the kneading cycle, allow it to rest for a short while before removing it and placing it on a baking sheet that's been dusted with flour, to keep it from sticking (which would inhibit rising in the oven).
- 330 milliliters water
- 400 grams corn meal
- 200 grams flour (type 55)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet yeast (11 grams)
- Place the ingredients in the bowl of the Thermamix in the order listed. Set to "kneading" program. When kneading is finished, leave the batter in the machine to rest. Place batter in a greased and floured baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
