Ingredients

  • 4 New York pork chops (top loin, 1-inch thick)
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except pork chops. Place chops in a shallow dish and pour marinade over; let marinate 30 minutes. Prepare medium-hot coals in grill bed. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade, and grill* chops for 8-10 minutes, turning once until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
