Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 150 grams turkey ham (diced)
  • 150 grams cheese (gouda, diced)
  • 150 grams bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • lime juice
  • sauce

Directions

  1. 1Mix the ground chicken with an egg, salt and pepper. Form rounds a little larger than the palm of your hand. Flatten them on the counter so that they are approximately ½ cm thick.
  2. 2In the middle of each round place a little ham and cheese and then form into a ball, enclosing the filling. Each ball will be about the size of a large egg.
  3. 3Beat the other egg in a bowl with a fork, add a little salt and dip each ball of ground chicken on all sides. Then coat each one with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4Fry the balls in a little oil on medium heat until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the chicken is cooked.
  5. 5Slice the balls as if they were pieces of sushi and dip in the soy and lime sauce.
