Great! Loved it with bread

It turned out just fine. I didn’t have an immersion blender so I used my Magic Bullet, which worked just fine. Also, substituted half and half for the milk and heavy cream. Very thick and filling. Will definitely make again.

Need an Emerson blender. Made it once without blending and the kid didn’t like the chunks (spoiled on, but loves the penera version). So I dumped in vitamix blender the second time and it made it too frothy. Same great taste though, and kid liked it more smooth, and with a good bread for dipping. Will definitely be making in the future

Really tasty. I made it the first time with fresh broccoli and carrots, as written, and it was very good. The recipe does work well also with frozen vegetables. i used a frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot blend.

It was awesome! I had to put some spices in it for it being a bit bland, but it was a great, easy way to get there and add a twist yourself!

Part of the recipe is after all the ingredients have been simmering, you're supposed to put it in a food imulsion thing, but I don't have one. So I'll cut up the broccoli more next time, but it was all so tender anyway that it wasn't much to notice. I added a 1/2 cup extra cheese too and it was definitely a great recipe!!

So delicious! I didn’t have an emulsion blender so I substituted more heavy cream to make the soup thick. It came out amazing! Will definitely be making this again!

Love this recipe, it’s a hit with my six year old who usually avoids broccoli at all costs. I make this at least once a month, it keeps pretty well too so it works well to make it on Sunday and heat it up on a busy weeknight.
