  • 1 frozen banana (optional -- add more ice if omitting)
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons coconut sugar (for sweetness, you could also just use the banana for sweetness, or try a Medjool date)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon green tea (organic matcha, I use Encha, my favorite brand)
  • coconut (Whip on top)
