Ingredients

  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 125 grams softened butter
  • 160 grams flour
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 100 grams dark chocolate (nuggets or grated)
  • vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. Whisk butter and sugar until creamy and whitish.
  3. Add egg, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  4. Sift the flour with the baking powder, add to mixture.
  5. Finally, add the chocolate chips or nuggets.
  6. Fill a little less than half of the ramekins with a little dough, place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden on top.
  7. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
