    This recipe was quick and easy. Turned out great. This batch actually made 17 cupcakes. I swapped out sour cream and used plain low-fat Greek yogurt. The taste was great. Sweet enough to satisfy, and just the right size for a treat. Definitely adding to my arsenal.
