  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 can kidney beans (liquid reserved)
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons fresh thyme
