Description

This recipe offers both tart and tangy flavors. Cooked at a low heat, the chopped garlic and cayenne peppers add a crunch texture to the meal.

Ingredients

  • cooking oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • filet (Sardine, clean)
  • 1 cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. 1Heat plenty of oil in a saucepan over low heat. It should feel warm when placing the palm of your hand a few centimeters over the oil.
  2. 2Add the garlic; no crackling noise should be heard. If there is noise, lower the heat.
  3. 3Place the sardines and the cayenne in the oil and cook for about 12 minutes.
  4. 4The sardine filets should be tender. Serve.
