This recipe is perfect for anyone that wants quick and healthy breakfast, yet cannot do without his or her daily dose of coffee. This light and creamy dessert can be eaten at any time of the day is a more velvety and grown up option than store bought choices, yet it still carries the benefits of being a high protein dessert that you can enjoy and store for days in the refrigerator without compromising its taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground coffee
  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 1 greek yogurt

Directions

  1. Heat the milk with the coffee, without letting it boil. Set aside.
  2. Mix well the condensed milk with the yogurt stirring with a whisk, and gradually pour in the milk and coffee.
  3. Pour the mixture into cups, and place them in the yogurt maker for 8 to 10 hours. Refrigerate.

I love having a yogurt maker for recipes like this. It is so simple to make something so good. The coffee flavor is really quite good with the yogurt, it's my new favorite.
