Ingredients

  • 250 grams butter (softened)
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 180 grams flour (sifted)
  • chocolate chips (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Line baking trays with parchment paper greased with butter.
  3. Beat the butter, sugar, and condensed milk in a blender until creamy.
  4. Reduce the speed, and gradually, add the flour.
  5. Remove the dough from the blender, and place it in a bowl.
  6. Add the chocolate chips, and stir until blended.
  7. Use a tablespoon to spoon out dough ball onto the baking trays, leaving a little space between the balls, to allow for spreading during baking.
  8. Flatten the dough balls slightly with your fingers, or a fork.
  9. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes.
  10. Let settle 5 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.

These 4 star condensed milk biscuits are a real attention getter. They were not the light and airy biscuits I am used to, more heavier and crumbling. It had more flavor than other biscuits I've made a plan to try this recipe out again.
