Ingredients

  • 250 grams butter (softened)
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 180 grams flour (sifted)
  • chocolate chips (to taste)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Line baking trays with parchment paper greased with butter.
  3. 3Beat the butter, sugar, and condensed milk in a blender until creamy.
  4. 4Reduce the speed, and gradually, add the flour.
  5. 5Remove the dough from the blender, and place it in a bowl.
  6. 6Add the chocolate chips, and stir until blended.
  7. 7Use a tablespoon to spoon out dough ball onto the baking trays, leaving a little space between the balls, to allow for spreading during baking.
  8. 8Flatten the dough balls slightly with your fingers, or a fork.
  9. 9Bake for 14 to 16 minutes.
  10. 10Let settle 5 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
