Ingredients

  • 1 green apples (small)
  • 1 peaches (small)
  • 2 cups lettuce (assorted, bite-size pieces)
  • 1 cup red cabbage (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons cranberries (dehydrated)
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

  1. 1Cut the apple and peach into wedges.
  2. 2In a salad bowl, place all the ingredients for the salad.
  3. 3Separately, mix the ingredients for the dressing with a whisk to emulsify (including salt and pepper to taste).
