This coleslaw recipe was my Ukrainian grandmothers. I am sharing it with you exactly how it was passed on to me. Simple, Easy and Delicious! Secret ingredient is Honey!

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Directions

  1. Cut cabbage head in half
  2. Grate cabbage
  3. Peel carrots
  4. Grate carrots
  5. Mix everything together
  6. Refrigerate
