1Remove the rind from the watermelon and place the pieces in the blender. It is not necessary to remove the seeds. Puree until smooth.
2Taste and add sugar, if needed. Strain and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Strain again to remove any trace of seeds.
3Add the soup to serving bowls and add 5 melon balls per serving.
