Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 shallot (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 preserved lemon (skin only, finely chopped)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/4 red cabbage (very finely shredded)
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 pound turkey breast (cooked, thinly sliced)
  • 1 pomegranate seeds (only)

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt, tahini, shallot, preserved lemon, lemon juice and 2 tbsp water in a small bowl. Season to taste.
  2. Toss cabbage and herbs on a serving platter. Top with turkey slices and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with dressing.
