Ingredients

  • 125 milliliters espresso (cool)
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 250 grams mascarpone
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 8 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Directions

  1. 1Mix the coffee, cream cheese, and Mascarpone cheese well in a bowl.
  2. 2In another bowl, beat the sugar and egg yolks until frothy.
  3. 3In still another bowl, whip the cream and vanilla.
  4. 4Combine the 3 mixtures in a bowl and cover. Place in the freezer for 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
