  • 30 grams almonds
  • 30 grams walnuts
  • 10 chive (strands)
  • 5 parsley (stems)
  • 70 grams butter
  • 1 lemon

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
    2. Remove the edges from the codfish fillets, place on a baking tray or pan lined with parchment paper.
    3. Mix the almonds and walnuts, add chives and parsley. Add the butter, a squeeze of lemon, and a pinch of salt. Mix to get a thick paste.
    4. Spread over the fillets and bake for about 20 minutes.
