cod (Cooked)
boiling potatoes
1 onions
2 eggs
1 sprig parsley
olive oil


1Heat olive oil in a pan and add the chopped onion.
2Cook slowly until onion is translucent.
3Cut potatoes into slices.
4Remove bones from the cod and shred.
5Add to pan with onions.
6Whisk with a fork, season with salt and pour the potatoes on top.
7Chop parsley and sprinkle on top.
8Season with pepper and nutmeg and cook slowly.
9Invert tortilla onto a plate and return to pan to cook the other side.
10Do not overcook, so it does not get dry.
11Remove from pan and let cool.
12Serve with salad or cooked vegetables.
