Description
The combinaton of ground beef and pork is the starting point for delicious meatballs that are seasoned with garlic, soy sauce, and fresh thyme, and bound with bread crumbs, then rolled in sesame seeds to coat. Frying is the best way to give them a crisp crust, turning as needed to cook evenly. Serve these savory morsels as is or with marinara sauce or an Asian style sweet and sour sauce, for dipping.

- 4 slices cod
- 2 eggs
- 10 Tbsp. wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- milk (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- paprika (to taste)
- 1 sprig parsley
- olive oil

Directions
- Shred the slices of raw cod.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs well with the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Add milk to form a batter. Season with salt and paprika to taste.
- Add the finely chopped parsley and cod. Mix well. If the mixture is too heavy, add a little milk.
- In a skillet, heat the oil and when quite hot, add small portions of the cod mixture and fry on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.
