  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 small red onion (very thinly sliced)
  • 6 leaves fresh sage (finely chopped)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter (cut into 6 pieces)
