  • 200 grams cod
  • milk
  • 1 potato
  • ground black pepper
  • 8 slices bread

    Directions

    1. In a skillet, add enough oil to cover the cod. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
    2. Remove the fish, reserving the oil. Crumble the fish well into a bowl and set aside.
    3. In a pot filled with salted water, add the potato and boil for about 15 minutes. Drain the potato, place into a bowl and mash.
