Description

This winter dish is a perfect companion for bread or potatoes. It features ground cod, rosemary, and garlic. The flavor is mild and tangy. It’s easy to make and only takes about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

400 grams cod (frozen)
200 grams olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 sprig rosemary
1 dash milk
peppercorns (Ground pink)
salt

Directions

1Cook the cod with the garlic and rosemary on low heat for 15 minutes. Let cool. Chop the cod and garlic slightly.
2Place the cod into a blender or food processor. Add the oil little by little along with the rosemary and garlic until smooth. Add a dash of milk to thin the mixture if necessary.
3Add the pepper and salt, if necessary. Stir to mix well.
