I hella changed the recipe because I didn't have any corn starch on hand. I used 1 cup whole wheat flour, a little bit more than 1/4 a cup of almond milk (perhaps around 2/3, I was really eyeballing it), and I used honey instead of sugar (eyeballed it again, no measurement - probably less than 1/4 cup though but you shouldn't need a lot bc the bananas are already sweet). Banana fritters remind me of home and the coconut was a great twist :)

Turned out great! I used more milk than was called for, so the dough was a bit runny. Next time I will use the exact measurements

Excellent recipe, but not sweet at all. I added maple syrup and it was delicious. I'd definitely make it again!

instead of peanut oil use grape seed oil and coconut unsweetened and buttermilk instead of milk. I enjoyed this simple recipe easy to follow and rarely eat ripped banana's, mine were yellow. I enjoyed them very much.
