Description
These tasty coconut treats are dairy free and gluten free. Simple and easy to make these are great to make with kids and they will love the fresh coconut flavor. Add your favorite spices for extra flavor.
Ingredients
- 200 grams grated coconut
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2Prepare small paper cups (about 30).
- 3Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir with a spoon, but if necessary, mix with your hands.
- 4Use a dessert spoon make small balls, coat them in sugar, and place them in the paper cups.
- 5Bake for about 20 minutes.
