    Delicious! I like this recipe most when it’s doubled—the pancakes just seem to come out better overall. To add heft and flavor, I also use coconut milk yogurt for liquid, along with almond milk and vanilla. Adding fresh raspberries makes them even more incredible! These are my new obsession! I’ve made them multiple times in the last two weeks!
