Amazing!! We had to use red peppers instead of Fresno peppers, and we used cous-cous instead of rice. Absolutely delicious!!

It was easy and delicious. This recipe is very flexible, you can use kale or collard greens instead of spinach, and other peppers if you want to turn up the heat.
