    I'm surprised how good this porridge is. It is easy to make customizable and enjoyable to change it up.

    I'm ketogenic and one thing I really miss is cream of wheat. It's one of my favorite comfort foods and easy to make. This was not only equally easy to make but it was very satisfying. It was surprisingly close to cream of wheat. I added some cinnamon, butter, a bit of swerve, cream and sugar free maple syrup. I loved it! :) I'll definitely be making this regularly.
