I agree that the flavor is great, but I had to call mom. She has been cooking for over 50 years. My pancake recipe was too fluffy and grainy. I had to add more milk. The recipe, turned into drop biscuits. My mother informed me that coconut flours are lighter and should add more of it and it also needs more "body". Meaning, add some smashed bananas or apple sauce.

The flavor of this recipe was great . For some reason the inside of the pancakes stayed kind of wet. I followed the recipe exactly so I do not know why this happened
