Just delicious! Mine turned out more cake-like, probably because I did not pat them down thin. I will definitely try that next time. After mixing all ingredients, allow to sit just a minute and the mixture becomes just like regular cookie dough. Cooking time in my oven was about 16-18 min. Also, I added just a little flaked coconut.
