  • 2 cups garbanzo beans
  • 1 cup baby corn
  • 1 cup rice (quick cooking)
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable base
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry
  • 2 teaspoons chili peppers
  • 1 cinammon (stick)
  • 2 cups almond slivers

    Directions

    1. Put all ingredients except almond slivers in large freezer bag, put those in small bag inside large bag.
    2. Freeze
    3. Place contents of large bag into large skillet with 1 1/2 cups of water. Cook uncovered until boiling, then reduce head and cover, cook about 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Sprinkle almonds on top before serving
