Added a little bit of brown sugar and more salt. Also added shiitake mushrooms for a meaty texture

Delish, I might cut back curry powder a little next time, but so yummy & filling.

This was great. Little heat . I added sweet potatos. Also added chopped kale. Very filling. Thick, hearty. Will make again.

Tried this today, replaced carrots with pumpkin and added spinach. I added the cocount milk right away-- not sure if that changed the flavor or not? I truly enjoyed it and will definitly make it again.
