I made this dish 3 times, love it! My family loved it too. I used the medley rice on the side.

Good base recipe but with just curry powder its very bland. Garlic, ginger, and onion would make a world of difference. Will not make again as is

Seeing I’m cooking for 100 i had to tweak a lot of portions but the combo of ingredients was great. Thanks!
