Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Hellmann’s or Best Foods Vegan Carefully Crafted Dressing and Sandwich Spread
  • 1/3 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound carrots (shredded)
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened flaked coconut (toasted)

Directions

  1. Combine Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Carefully Crafted Dressing and Sandwich Spread, coconut milk, curry powder, salt and pepper in large bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
