Description

Easy four ingredient cookies that are ready in less than an hour. These delicious coconut cookies are simple to make, taste superb, and are gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 5 egg whites
  • salt
  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • 250 grams grated coconut

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Place the egg whites in a bowl with a pinch of salt, and beat until firm.
  3. 3Gradually, add the powdered sugar until the egg whites form stiff peaks.
  4. 4Gently mix in spoonfuls of coconut, beating upwards.
  5. 5Line a baking tray with parchment paper, or other non-stick material.
  6. 6Put spoonfuls of dough on the tray.
  7. 7Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden.
  8. 8Remove from oven, and let cool.
