It could have just been the curry paste I used, but we didn't find this very flavorful.

very tasty and super easy to make. the sauce was a bit runny for how I like my curry, but overall it was still great

lovely easy curry. With mash potatoes, rice or chips... substituted coconut milk with almond cream, due to allergy for coconut.

Weirdly semi bland but with a bit of a heat kick to it. Pretty good tho if you know what you’re getting into. Go easy on the jalapeño, super simple to make.

Did NOT turn out like others are saying. If you like bland food then this is for you. The sauce was good but the cauliflower had no taste. I've tried to tweak it and it's still not flavorful. Will not be making again. Very dissatisfied!

This meal turned out great. Even after looking over the ingredients several times, I still thought shrimp was in the list, so shrimp became part of the ingredients... I guess I secretly wanted shrimp!

A little bland and the sauce was a bit thin. But with some tweaks it has potential.

10/5 Stars! Amazing recipe! I wanted to eat 1/4 of it for dinner and have 3 boxes of leftovers, but I ended up eating half!!! Now my leftovers are stretched thin because this was SO YUMMY.

Great & reheated well

Awesome flavours - used curry leaves instead of paste and brown rice + quinoa for garnish.

So easy and delicious. It was a winner for a picky family. Spicy enough for a spice lover but not too hot for the more sensitive pallet . Everyone voted to make it a regular on our table! Thanks for the great recipe .

Absolutely delicious! I added peas which worked really well for colour, taste and texture. Served with Brown rice for added health benefits. I was quite generous with red curry paste as i like spicy food. Will def make this regularly.

I will use less red pepper next time, possibly more curry

I thought this curry would be way more difficult, but it's actually super easy and you don't eat it everyday... Especially in swizerland wherein live haha.

Smells great, but tastes very bland. It's missing something.
Tameka Lewis 6 Nov 2017
would have tasted better with curry powder instead of the red curry paste.
Milstred 11 Oct 2017
It was very easy to make, which is a plus for me. I have never had curry before and I didn’t know what to expect, for me, it was not very spicy. Next time I will add more curry paste but all in all, this was yummy and I would make it again.

I’d make it again! Easy to throw together and I liked the little kick from the jalapeño.
