I loved that these were so easy to make with so few ingredients. The one problem I had with these was how sweet they ended up being. I will either up the coconut or cut back on the sugar next time to try to balance everything out. I love the texture. The creaminess mixed with the flavor is great. I will make these again for a party or even as gifts, as long as I can cut back on the sweetness without ruining the overall result.
