Loved it! As did the crowd I made it for! I switched the sweetened condensed milk out for coconut cream and did half coconut milk half coconut cream and it was perrrrrrfect! Was worried when I first put it on that the cake would be mushy-but it wasn’t! Not a bit! Loved would totally make it again! Thanks “Taste of the South Magazine”! :)

It was a great cake, I also added some of the coconut milk to the mix and it tasted really good, will definitely make it again!

love this. i dont use cool whip so i made real cream. i also toasted the coconut flake for the top. All five of my boys loved it.
