Ingredients

  • 1 pound dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/3 cup almonds (toasted, finely chopped)
  • 2 ounces toffee bar (chocolate, finely chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Gently heat chocolate and heavy cream over low heat for 3-4 mins, until melted and smooth. Let cool slightly then add desiccated coconut, almonds and chocolate bar. Chill for 2 hours, until almost firm.
  2. Shape into 24 small balls then roll in shredded coconut. Chill for 30 mins then serve.
