Ingredients

100 grams brown sugar
180 grams all-purpose flour
15 grams cocoa powder
1 eggs
80 grams extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
salt
100 grams jam

Directions

1Combine the brown sugar, flour, cocoa powder, egg, oil, baking powder, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the dough is thick but crumbly.
2Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
3Butter and flour a 22-centimeter springform pan.
4Divide the dough into two parts.
5Place one part of the dough in the springform pan and press it to even it out.
6Add a layer of orange jam, spreading it even all across the dough, but keeping it 1 centimeter from the sides of the pan.
7Cover with the remaining dough and bake for 30 minutes.
8Serve cold or at room temperature, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
