  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 7 cloves garlic (smashed)
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 3/4 tablespoon dry Mexican oregano
