    cool so maybe clarify yhe amount of OZ needed in ghe recipe? i got 2 cod fish fillet ag t the market and ended up with 4 pounds of fish. recipe taste great easy to cook but ill be eating it all week now lmao. and it was expensivee!

    It was great! I believe it’s meant for regular size, 4 oz fillets because I had a big full size filet that I cut into portions and ran out of the flour, salt and pepper and had to make more quick so I could get it all cooked together . But they turned out delicious. I used Old Bay Garlic and herb seasoning instead of the pepper and salt. My husband loved it though!

    My husband said it was the best he had ever had. I did use white self rising corn meal instead of flour. And, I made sure to cut out all of the brown veiny area. . That makes the biggest difference in fishiness flavor.

    Very quick and easy. It tasted great. Could easily add extra seasonings. I served it with scones for a non traditional breakfast. I used olive oil.

    This was fantastic! I bought fresh cod instead of frozen, used coconut oil and a bit more spices than it called for. I've never had cod and was very happy with it. Only problem we had, the house stunk of fish for a week! Funny because the cod was super mild and I threw the package it came in outside. Sad that this won't be allowed in the house again.

    Pretty good. Too much oil is called for. The fish came out soggy. Still yummy and tasted light. I will definitely give this recipe another shot somtime.
