- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (cooked, cut into cubes)

It works for a fast and easy lunch on a hot day. I added some dijon mustard to make it more tasteful.

It didn't taste great, but still somewhat resembled chicken salad. I don't like Greek yogurt so that may be why it wasn't my favorite.

Was ok. Could adjust a little to make better, but use recipe for basic idea. The garlic powder was a little much for my taste in chicken salad.

These were good. :) We added craisins and sliced almonds for something extra. I would definitely recommend adding more grapes though because it was lacking something for me. This is definitely worth trying, however. Just needs a few fun adjustments. :)
